Procter & Gamble expands Clairol hair color recall

Procter & Gamble Co. is adding two more shades to its previously announced recall of Clairol Natural Instincts hair color products. The Cincinnati-based consumer goods company is recalling the hair color because a mismatched ColorFresh! Revitalizer packet in the kits may create an unwanted color result. The revitalizer gives users a boost of color two weeks after the initial coloring. The primary hair colorant is not affected.
